Penbutolol is a beta-blocker
high blood pressure
Sinus bradycardia, torsade de pointes, dizziness, vertigo, tiredness, fatigue, headache, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, epigastric pain, flatulence, sexual dysfunction, impotence, agranulocytosis, rash, pruritus, ocular irritation and discomfort, bronchospasm, dyspnea, cough, joint pain.
Calcium may form unabsorbable complex with atenolol. Take at a different time of day.
Coleus forskohlii relaxes blood vessels. Combining Coleus with beta-blockers may have unpredicatable effects on blood pressure.
Beta-blockers reduce HDL. Chromium can offset the adverse effect.
Beta-blockers (especially propanolol) inhibit the actions of enzymes that contain CoQ10.
