Accuretic is a combination of quinapril (an ACE inhibitor) and hydrochloride (a thiazide diuretic).

Side Effects

Common side effects of Accuretic include: persistent cough, diarrhea, headache, increased sensitivity of skin to sunlight (skin rash, itching or redness), loss of taste or appetite, stomach upset, and unusual tiredness. Although many of these symptoms subside as your body adjusts to the medicine, check with your doctor should any persist.
